Policy:

We will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns after 30 days of purchase will be subject to the Warranty Policy as outlined below. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original contents included. Unboxed and used product may be returned if damage is due to a manufacturer defect. Once received at our facility, processing of your return and credit may take up to 7 business days. We cannot reimburse original shipping charges.

ALL 50 STATES­: Includes the District of Columbia, physical street addresses (FedEx Shipping ONLY), P.O. Box addresses & military APO/FPO/DPO (FedEx Ground Economy Shipping ONLY).

International shipping is not available at this time.


Warranty

FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON TETRAPATCH PRODUCTS BY ASHTON RESEARCH

As of April 2024

Ashton Research, LLC (“Ashton Research,” the "Warrantor") warrants that the goods described in this warranty are free from defects in workmanship and materials.

WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY
This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product warranted under this warranty and to each transferee of the product during the term of the warranty (each, a "Customer").

WHAT IS COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY
This warranty covers Tetrapatch Products by Ashton Research (the "Product") and each of its/their component parts.

HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST
The term of this warranty begins on the date the product is purchased by the original purchaser and continues for twelve (12) months.

WHAT WILL THE WARRANTOR DO UNDER THIS WARRANTY
In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of the Product not caused by any misuse or damage to the Product while in the Customer's possession, the Warrantor will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the Customer, within forty-five (45) days. The Warrantor can choose either to:
  • Repair the Product.
  • Replace the Product.
  • Refund the purchase price.
If the Product or one of its component parts still contains a defect or malfunction after a reasonable number of attempts by the Warrantor to remedy the defect or malfunction, the Customer is entitled to either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the Product without charge.

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY'S EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident such as: the Product serial number defaced or missing; damage caused by: using incorrect parts with the Product, failing to follow the Product’s operating instructions, incorrectly installing the Product, or performing unauthorized or improper repairs, modifications, or alterations on the Product.

WHAT CAN THE CUSTOMER DO IN CASE OF A DISPUTE WITH THE WARRANTOR
The following informal dispute resolution procedure is available to the Customer if he/she believes that the Warrantor has not performed its obligations under this warranty: the Customer shall send written notice to the Warrantor of any dispute.  The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation and consultation between themselves.  In the event that such dispute is not resolved on an informal basis within 20 business days, either party may, by written notice, submit the dispute to any mutually agreed to mediation service by providing to the mediation service a joint, written request for mediation, setting forth the subject of the dispute and the relief requested.  The parties shall cooperate with one another in selecting a mediation service, and shall cooperate with the mediation service and with one another in selecting a neutral mediator and in scheduling the mediation proceedings.  The parties covenant that they will use commercially reasonable efforts in participating in the mediation.  The parties agree that the mediator’s fees and expenses and the costs incidental to the mediation will be shared equally between the parties.  If the parties cannot resolve any dispute for any reason, including, but not limited to, the failure of either party to agree to enter into mediation or agree to any settlement proposed by the mediator, within 15 business days after the escalation to mediation, either party may file suit in a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the Choice of Forum Provision in the Terms and Conditions. 
The Customer must use this informal procedure before pursuing any legal remedy in the courts.

HOW DOES STATE LAW APPLY TO THIS WARRANTY
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
